Art Fair in Hamburg showcases art for every budget
The Affordable Art Fair, one of the world's largest art fair companies with 21 international locations, is set to make a significant expansion in 2023 and 2024. The 12th edition of the fair in Hamburg, Germany, will take place from November 9 to 12, 2023.
In Hamburg, visitors can expect to see works by contemporary artists in painting and photography from 85 galleries representing 17 countries. Notable participants include Post Modern Collection from the Netherlands, T&B Gallery from South Korea, and Uhlig Gallery from Germany.
The fair in Hamburg will also feature an 'Emerging Artists' section, providing independent artists and graduates with an opportunity to showcase their work. This section has been designed to foster new talent and encourage innovation in the art world.
Artworks at the Affordable Art Fair can be purchased at prices ranging from 100 to 10,000 euros, making it accessible to a wide range of art enthusiasts.
The expansion of Ramsey Fairs does not stop with Hamburg. The company is also planning to launch an Affordable Art Fair in Berlin, with the first fair scheduled for April 12 to 14, 2024. Additionally, another location is planned for Shanghai in 2024.
The expansion aims to increase capacity, reach international markets, and elevate the company's global presence, leveraging both cities as key hubs for exhibitors and visitors.
Hamburg's creative industry is emphasizing cross-innovation approaches, and the Affordable Art Fair is a testament to this. The city's Cultural Authority is also supporting 9 international artists, with 7 projects funded by Elbkulturfonds 2024.
