Bergisches Land Police Offer Summer Cycling Skills Training for Kids

The Bergisches Land region's police are offering cycling skills training for bicycle and e-bike users this summer. Children are encouraged to participate, accompanied by a guardian. Training sessions are held during the summer holidays, in cooperation with the Wuppertal Traffic Safety Association.

The training sessions will take place at the Wuppertal Youth Traffic School, located at Ehrenhainstr. 110 in 42329 Wuppertal-Vohwinkel. Participants must bring their own bicycle or e-bike and a suitable helmet. The training dates are: July 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, August 1, 8, 13, and 15, from 10:00 to 13:00. Prior registration is required via email at [email protected].

The cycling skills training aims to improve safety and confidence on the road for both children and adults. Participants will learn essential skills and techniques to navigate their bicycles and e-bikes safely. The training is a great opportunity for families to learn and practice together during the summer holidays.
