Ferretti yachts have unveiled the latest addition to their Infynito lineup - the Infynito 80, designed for comfort, space, and pure elegance. Here's a lowdown on this beauty.
Unlike its predecessor, the Infynito 95, the Infynito 80 prioritizes comfort, space, and refinement over a sporty appearance and high speeds. An extended beam of almost 21ft (6.36m), bluff bow, and a raised pilothouse design create more room for entertainment in the main deck.
But the star feature of every Infynito yacht, hands down, is the covered foredeck lounge. Dubbed as the 'all-season terrace,' it boasts a louvred sunroof, privacy-glass bow window, and enough shelter to make it usable all year round.
Helm is mounted above the deck, freeing up space for entertainment. Depending on the owner's preference, the main deck can be fitted with an extending dinette for alfresco meals or a bar and stools with a full-width opening window into the galley. This allows for a larger lounge in the saloon or an inside bar area.
The Infynito 80 doesn't sport a full tri-deck model, instead, it features a conventional open flybridge with a hard top over the front half. Owners can opt for a semi-enclosed area by raising the windscreen and side windows to meet the hard top.
Power comes from a pair of MAN V8 1,200hp diesels, offering a modest top speed of 21 knots and a cruising range of 1,000nm at 12 knots. The yacht is built for silent running at anchor, thanks to an onboard lithium-ion battery capable of powering all systems overnight without a need for a generator.
Ferretti will also showcase an updated version of their popular 670 flybridge at the event. The new model features exterior styling, interior upgrades, and a revamped flybridge layout with more seating, a better dining area, an aft sunpad, and a hardtop with sunroof. Images of this new model have not been released yet.
