Lafayette Art, Wine & Music Festival Returns in 2025
The much-anticipated Lafayette Art, Wine & Music Festival will make its comeback in 2025, marking its 28th consecutive year. Despite concerns over its survival during the COVID-19 pandemic, the event has roared back with renewed vigor, promising a spectacular celebration for both local residents and visitors.
Originating in 1997, the Lafayette Art and Wine Festival has become an integral part of downtown Lafayette's landscape, attracting thousands of attendees each year. This year, organizers have announced over 20 bands performing on four stages and more than 250 arts and crafts booths, including a section dedicated to local artists selling their work.
The festival, which has now evolved to include "Music" in its title, will continue to feature a wide array of wines from California and other offerings such as craft beer and food from local restaurants, food trucks, and more. Families are invited to participate, with four separate kids' zones offering games and activities, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all ages.
While out-of-town vendors are handled through a separate production company, local vendors are welcome to apply through LafayetteFestival.com/apply. The festival is scheduled to take place on Mount Diablo Boulevard on September 20th and 21st, 2025, from 10 AM to 7 PM on Saturday and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sunday.
