The schedule
- 10:00am Coffee, tea, and pastries on the roof terrace (weather permitting)
- 10:30am A chat with the viticulture team
- 10:50am Guests split into two groups: for winery and cellar tour, or for tank tasting and Q&A with the winemaker
- 11:45am Groups swap
- 12:30pm Ridgeview wine-tasting with local cheese pairing
- 1:15pm Call for lunch at The Rows & Vine restaurant (you'll be seated with other guests in the group)
- 1:30pm Lunch served with a glass of Ridgeview Bloomsbury NV
- 3:00pm Explore the woodlands and visit the shop
