When and What
Join us on a Thursday evening for craft club, where you can breathe life into your project or get started on your woodcraft journey. For those already familiar with the scene, attend for a reduced rate of £10. Newcomers can benefit from demos showing the step-by-step process of making simple items like teaspoons. This week, we're shaping wood to craft teaspoons!
In previous meetings, attendees have whittled spoons, made impressive mushrooms, and even crafted jewelry. Don't miss the opportunity to create simple yet stunning items or work on that abandoned project. We've got workbenches, shave horses, and blocks ready to accommodate your woodworking needs. Some tools will be available to borrow, while coppiced wood awaits your creative touch (large quantities or planked wood should be ordered in advance).
Age Restrictions
This event is open to adults and young people aged 14 and above. Under 18s must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Refreshments
Tea and coffee will be supplied during the session, so bring your favorite mug. Contribute to the communal vibe by bringing cake or biscuits to share!
