Don't forget the stir caused by the plant's closure, with 127 layoffs back in September 2022? Not to worry, as the Governor of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, has taken charge, vowing to breathe new life into the industrial construction sector in Yakutsk.
The refreshed plant will partner with AO "Republican Mortgage Agency" - LLC "RIA-Building" to roll out a state-of-the-art project-production complex. This innovative undertaking will churn out single-layer panels, multi-storey and private residential buildings, and social facilities in Yakutsk, with an annual estimated output of 30,000 to 50,000 square meters of housing. Expect an uptick in construction activity in the Star and Sports microdistricts.
The plant's rejuvenation was bankrolled by "DOM.RF" with equipment sourced from leading players in St. Petersburg, Kazan, and Novosibirsk. Expect advanced cassette installations (PBS plant), automated welding lines (Roden plant), concrete batching plants with addressable concrete feeding (TTS "Engineering"), and a high-tech thermostand (PJSC "Volga Center for Construction Technologies") gracing the upgraded premises.
