Encounter with MIX: Daniela Cipriani, Marketing and Communications Chief is Interviewed

In the heart of Italy, an annual event has been growing in significance and intrigue for the past 18 years. The Salotto, an integral part of the creative organisation MIX, has become the most anticipated meeting point for the entire Italian Intellectual Property (IP) community.

The Marketing & Communications Manager of MIX, known for their dedication to organising MIX's events, particularly the Salotto, takes great pride in the event's evolution. From its inception in 2006, the Salotto has never missed a beat, even adapting to virtual meetings during the COVID lockdown.

The event, traditionally a cultural or social gathering, has evolved from a small, intimate affair to a larger, more structured forum. It now features talks, workshops, and exhibitions, reflecting the growth and expanding network of MIX. Over the years, the number of participants and represented realities has grown significantly, attracting more companies for visibility and networking.

The Salotto event is renowned for its location, often held in a beautiful setting, offering discussions on interesting topics, news sharing, and drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The 2024 edition, set to take place on December 10 and 11 at Allianz MiCo, will be no exception, as it will take place in a larger space.

Expert-led workshops and bilateral meeting sessions have been added to cater to participants' interests and needs. The MIX team plays a crucial role in improving the event each year and promoting it to potential sponsors. Last year, the Salotto attracted over 1,300 participants from more than 400 companies at the Allianz MiCo Congress Center.

The success of the Salotto event is due in part to the incredible support of the MIX team. The Marketing & Communications Manager oversees all external communication and relationship activities of the company, both on analog and digital channels, ensuring that the event is well-promoted and engaging.

As for the 2024 edition, details are still being kept secret. However, there is currently some big news coming up at MIX in the next few months, which is shrouded in secrecy. The Salotto event presents new challenges that require thinking outside the box, and the MIX team is undoubtedly hard at work preparing for another successful event.

The Marketing & Communications Manager of MIX is working diligently to enhance the upcoming Salotto event, promising an immersive outdoor-living experience that blends seamlessly with home-and-garden aesthetics, given the event's tradition of being held in a picturesque location. As the Salotto continues to evolve, integrating the latest nature-inspired lifestyle trends to cater to the growing network of MIX, attendees can expect a captivating fusion of intellectual discourse, educational workshops, and tranquil garden exhibits.
