Ferrari collaboration officially launched by Hot Wheels through a Heritage Set combining vintage and modern designs

Hot Wheels and Ferrari Unveil Exciting Collaboration

Hot Wheels and Ferrari have announced a multi-year collaboration, marking their first partnership in over a decade. The partnership promises to bring a series of exciting new model releases, starting with the Hot Wheels Ferrari Heritage Set and several new models in 2025.

The Hot Wheels Ferrari Heritage Set

The first release in this collaboration is the Hot Wheels Ferrari Heritage Set, which features two detailed Ferrari castings. The set, currently sold out on Mattel's website, includes 1:64 scale miniature versions of two iconic Ferraris: the 1970 312 P and the 499P Modificata.

The 1970 312 P miniature boasts a bright red Spectraflame coat, deep-dish Neo-Classics Redline wheels, and a clear window showing a deep red interior. Meanwhile, the 499P Modificata miniature showcases a Spectraflame rosso corsa body coat, racing number 24 on the hood and sides, pinstripes in the colour of the Italian flag, 10-spoke Real Riders wheels, and a black interior visible through lightly smoke-tinted windows. The 499P Modificata also features a removable engine cover, adding a realistic touch.

The Heritage Set comes presented in a hinged "soft-touch" box for display, making it a perfect addition to any collectors' shelf.

The 2025 Releases

The Hot Wheels mainline for 2025 will see the release of several new models, including the Ferrari F40 Competizione, Ferrari SF90, and Ferrari 365 GTB4 Competizione. These models are the latest additions to the Hot Wheels family, each priced at $1.25.

In addition to these, the Ferrari 499P will appear as a chase car in the Hot Wheels 2025 Car Culture: Circuit Legends series, with very limited availability (numbered 0/5).

Upcoming Models

The collaboration between Hot Wheels and Ferrari is not limited to the current releases. More premium models are planned, including collectible-grade versions of the LaFerrari, F50, and 250 GTO with more refined detailing, priced up to $20.

A remote-controlled version of the SF90 Stradale will also be released in June, retailing for $20. Later this year, Hot Wheels will release mini die-cast versions of the F40 Competizione, 365 GTB4 Competizione, and SF90 Stradale.

This renewed, multi-year effort between Hot Wheels and Ferrari promises to deliver a range of exciting new models for collectors and fans alike. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting collaboration!
