Hanau Welcomes Reformer Pilates: Mayor Bieri Experiences New Studio
Celeste Neuwirth, the founder of The Yoga Hive, recently expanded her studio's offerings with six modern Reformer beds. Mayor Dr. Maximilian Bieri visited the studio in Hanau's Pioneer Park to try out Reformer Pilates, describing it as 'interesting, challenging, but very effective'.
Reformer Pilates, which uses a special device called the Reformer for training, allows exercises to be individually adapted. Mayor Bieri emphasized the importance of such offers for health, stress prevention, and community life in Hanau. He participated in a class at the studio, experiencing firsthand the benefits of Reformer Pilates.
