Initially envisioned by the developer, this project was already part of the planning presented at public hearings in 2021.
The developer, according to the expert opinion, is LLC "Azerite", with Vasiliy Popov as its founder. He also created GSK "Arban", which constructed the business center first and later the parking lot with a gap of several years in between.
As reported by DELO, the construction start date remains undetermined due to the current economic situation. However, this project holds significant importance.
"The construction of the pedestrian bridge over ul. Maerchaka will mark a crucial step towards improving the infrastructure at Business Center 'Balans' and the city as a whole, providing a direct link between the multi-level overhead parking lot and the business center. The bridge will expedite the movement of tenants and office workers and help avoid cross-traffic with automobiles, a significant advantage in heavy traffic conditions when crossing the street can be dangerous and time-consuming. Reducing travel time between the parking lot and offices will increase overall productivity and make the business center more user-friendly," said representatives at "Arban".
