Join Moenchderweg Cleanup: Nov 15, 10 AM - 1 PM
Volunteers are invited to help tidy up the Children's Wildness area at Moenchderweg in MoeWe kindergarten and dog run on November 15th at 10 am. Dr. Norbert Tenten and Celina Wicke from the Biological Station Haus Bürgel will lead the action, supported by volunteer wildness patrons.
Participants should wear sturdy, weatherproof clothing and garden gloves. Thick work gloves and pruning shears will also be needed. The event is open to children aged 8 and above. Registrations can be made by email to [email protected] or phone at 0211 - 9961212 until November 12th. Gloves can be borrowed on site if needed. The action will focus on reducing blackberries and caring for shrubs and trees. The event will last until 1 pm, followed by stick bread and popcorn by the open fire.
