Opt for a comfortable table on café grounds, and to sweeten your day, indulge in delightful cake and coffee delicacies served every day (except Sundays). The Klosterseer cheese and ham platters elevate your taste buds, perfectly complementing their homemade bread!
Newcomer Julia Strohmeyer has spared no efforts in transforming fresh milk into delectable quark, yogurt, and cheese at the farm dairy. A staggering 85,000 liters of milk are processed annually on-site, ensuring a well-stocked cellar to kick off summer in style. Over in summer, Klosterseer cows feast on their lush pastures, while in winter, they're nearly entirely fed farm-grown fodder. Their milk gets gently processed and crafted on the same day, resulting in mouthwatering regional specialties with a distinct Baltic flair! Some standout options like the Klosterseer Natur and the Gute-Laune-Kaese are now available for tasting and shopping!
Inquisitive souls can embark on an extensive farm tour every Tuesday at 10 AM, meeting at the fame shop's entrance—no reservations needed! For a deeper dive into Hof Klostersee's farm dairy, farm bakery, and biodynamic agriculture, there's no better opportunity!
