Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has unveiled a unique and extraordinary motor car, the Cullinan Cosmos, commissioned by a family from the Arab region. This bespoke creation is a testament to the brand's commitment to creating luxurious and unique vehicles that cater to clients' individual desires.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan, renowned for its impressive acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.5 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph (limited), forms the base for this extraordinary one-of-a-kind vehicle. The Cullinan Cosmos, however, is not just about performance. It's a vehicle that captures the essence of the cosmos and embodies the commissioning clients' dream of reaching for the stars.
The Rolls-Royce brand collaborated closely with the clients to create the unique features of the Cullinan Cosmos. The headliner, a standout feature, was sketched by one of the brand's in-house artists and took over 160 hours to paint. It features a shimmering Arabescato Pearl finish, reminiscent of moonlight across a midnight sky, and a Starlight Headliner created using more than 20 successive applications of acrylic paint. The stars effect was formed using fine, pointed brushes, and the fibre optic lights were punched and positioned by hand.
The star cluster motif, a bespoke embroidery, is featured on the door panels and headrests, and as a hand-painted artwork on the front passenger fascia. Blue and white leather reclining seats add to the vehicle's luxurious feel.
