Fool Around with Confetti, Costumes, and Beer at Munich's Fasching Parties!
After the town's central Fasching events got cancelled on February 13th, there's still a whole lotta fun to be had in Munich! This year, join the festivities at the Bavarian Hof, various clubs, and more!
White Sausage Frenzy!
Plan your Rosenmontag (March 3rd, 2025) right, because several Munich breweries are generously offering a white sausage for just a single euro from 10 am to midday! Participating venues include: Andechser am Dom, Augustiner am Dom, Augustiner Klosterwirt, Augustiner am Platzl, Augustiner Stammhaus, Braunauer Hof, Café Luitpold, Donisl, Hofbräuhaus, Spatenhaus, Weisses Bräuhaus, and Zum Franziskaner.
Parades to Catch
Need a Fasching fix earlier in the week? Check out these parades happening around Munich:
- Saturday, March 1st, 2025: Unterschleißheim - Parade starts at 12:30 pm at the Volksfestplatz and ends around 2:30 pm at the Rathhausplatz, followed by a celebration that lasts until 8 pm.
- Sunday, March 2nd, 2025: Ismaning - Parade starts at 11:30 am at the Mill and ends around 2 pm at the final stop at Gasthof Soller, party still goin' on in the bar.
- Sunday, March 2nd, 2025: Unterhaching - Parade starts at 12 pm at the Rathausplatz and lasts until around 6 pm.
- Sunday, March 2nd, 2025: Johanneskirchen - Parade starts at 1 pm at the Maypole in Johanneskirchen and ends around 3:30 pm in the Bürgerpark Oberföhring.
Schneider Weisse's Legendary Fasching Party
On Fasching Tuesday (March 4th, 2025), join 95.5 and Schneider Weisse for an unforgettable Fasching bash at the Schneider Weisse Brewery in the Tal! The party kicks off with a white sausage breakfast blastin' tunes from 9 am to 12 pm. From noon until the end, 95.5 DJs spin records, while live music by Roland Hefter plays on the second stage from 2 pm to 5 pm. The band BANDITS will take the stage from 6 pm until the end. The party winds down at 11 pm. Feast on Bavarian street food, and don't worry about getting thirsty – drinks will be available, too!
Tickets are already on sale, and you can also purchase them at the box office on Fasching Tuesday. Ticket sales will take place on-site at the brewery.

- Thursday, 27.02.2025 from 16:00 to 01:00, Women's Carnival U-30 After Work Party at the Town Hall Cellar on Marienplatz, grab your tickets on site
- Thu.-Sat., 27./28.02.2025 & 01.03.2025, from 21:00, Atlantis/OlyLust, in the old canteen in the Olympic Village, transformed into an underwater world with live music at student prices, tickets online or at the box office in the bar
- Saturday, 01.03.2025 from 20:00, Monaco Nights in the Festsaal Bayrischer Hof, dress to impress with the 70s/80s theme, minimum age 16
- Saturday, 01.03.2025, 13:00 to 16:00, Carnaval do Brasil in the Stachus Passages, Brazillian samba dancers and drummers bring the party to you

- Sunday, 02.03.2025 Children's Carnival at the Gasteig, festivities kick off at 14:00, suitable for children up to 10 years old
