Outdoor Swimming Season Winds Down: Fischerteich & Hiddesen Close This Weekend
The outdoor swimming season is drawing to a close this weekend. Several pools in the area will be shutting their gates for the season, while others will remain open for a little longer.
Starting this Saturday, Fischerteich above ground pool will close at 6:30 PM, marking the end of the season for this facility. Similarly, Hiddesen above ground pool will bid farewell to swimmers on Sunday, August 31, also closing at 6:30 PM. Meanwhile, Outdoor Pool Schwarzenbrink and Outdoor Pool Berlebeck will continue to operate, with Schwarzenbrink's hours being Monday: 13:00 - 19:00, Tuesday - Friday: 11:30 - 19:00, Saturday, Sunday: 11:00 - 18:30, and Berlebeck's hours being Monday to Wednesday: 12:00 - 19:00, Thursday: 13:00 - 19:00, Friday: 12:00 - 19:00, Saturday, Sunday: 12:00 - 18:30.
As the summer comes to an end, so does the outdoor swimming pool season. While some above ground pools like Fischerteich and Hiddesen will close this weekend, others such as Schwarzenbrink and Berlebeck will remain open for a little longer, allowing for a few more dips in the water before the season officially ends.
