Ravensburg Welcomes 'Fellini', a New Breakfast & Lunch Spot Focused on Regional, Organic Fare
Ravensburg welcomes 'Fellini', a new breakfast and lunch spot operated by Jona Volk and his family. The restaurant, opening soon, is named after renowned film director Federico Fellini and the family's cat. It aims to fill a gap in the local breakfast market, particularly on Sundays.
The 'Fellini' will open its kitchen at 9 am, serving breakfast and lunch, with espresso and croissants available to go from 8 am. The 80-seat restaurant, including a terrace, has been redesigned to be more open and airy. It will be open from Thursday to Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm and on Sundays until 7 pm.
Chef Jona Volk, along with his family including sister Levana Kirberg-Volk and brother-in-law André Kirberg-Volk, will run the 'Fellini'. André, a renowned master roaster, has won the German championship in coffee roasting and will focus on coffee at the restaurant. The menu will feature simple, visually appealing, and undogmatic dishes, with an average lunch cost of €17 to €20. The 'Fellini' will use regional and organic products and offer vegan options.
The 'Fellini' is set to become a popular spot in Ravensburg, offering a unique dining experience with its focus on regional and organic products, vegan options, and expertly crafted coffee. The family's passion for food and coffee, along with their commitment to quality, is sure to make the 'Fellini' a beloved addition to the local culinary scene.
