Samsung expands its TV offerings with the addition of the Liberty collection

Samsung Electronics has partnered with Liberty, a renowned British design house, to make art and design accessible to people's lives by offering digital artworks of Liberty's iconic designs on the Samsung Art Store.

The collaboration brings 20 new designs from Liberty's archive to Samsung Art Store, spanning over a century of the brand's heritage and creativity. The collection reflects the full spectrum of Liberty's creative heritage, including nostalgic 1930s florals, hand-painted botanicals, eclectic geometric designs, and enchanting landscapes.

Notable designs from Liberty's Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, such as 'Artemis,' 'Marina's Tea Garden,' 'Fantasy Land,' and 'My Grown Up Star,' have been reimagined from silk and paper prints into digital artworks tailored for the Samsung Art Store.

The partnership combines Samsung TVs like The Frame and The Frame Pro with Liberty's designs, providing a unique blend of tradition and modernity. The Artemis design, for instance, was chosen for The Frame due to its similarity to Samsung's brand, embodying a harmonious fusion of the past and the present.

Samsung's curators and Liberty's in-house team carefully selected patterns for the digital display, ensuring that the character, history, and a touch of British charm are brought into living spaces. The Liberty prints on Samsung Art Store provide a daily joy and a sense of place.

Liberty, founded in 1875, is a symbol of British creativity and craftsmanship. The legacy of storytelling is evident in the designs, which evolve with time, according to Liberty's Design Manager. The collaboration is the first time Liberty's designs are displayed as large-scale digital artworks, marking a significant step in the brand's digital transformation.

Samsung Art Store's vision is to make art and design accessible, and the collaboration with Liberty aligns perfectly with this goal. The collection is now available as digital artworks for Samsung Art TV users, offering a new way to experience and appreciate the rich heritage and creativity of Liberty.
