Waterfront Terror: The Unholy Creature of the Cobblestones
The Waterfront Bremen shopping and leisure centre is gearing up for an exciting summer season, with a variety of events and activities planned for the whole family. From live music concerts at the Seebühne to family-friendly festivals and cosplay conventions, there's something for everyone.
Kicking off the summer fun are the Seabühne events, which will take place from June 27th to August 3rd. Highlights include the performance of Parov Stelar on July 23rd at 8:00 PM, with tickets starting from approximately €59.40. Previously, the Seebühne played host to a high-profile concert by Tom Jones on July 22nd.
In addition to the Seebühne events, a Children's Festival will be held from August 8th to 9th, featuring bouncy castles, prize games, and learning games. A summer fair with attractions like cotton candy, bumper cars, and a children's carousel will take place from July 24th to August 2nd.
For those with a passion for manga, anime, and comics, the 4th Water Con cosplay convention will take place on August 29th and 30th, featuring free programs for fans. The Cookie Monster from Sesame Street will be making appearances at the centre throughout the summer, starting on June 18th and 19th. He'll be distributing cookies, posing for selfies, and offering hugs, accompanied by a Foodie-Truck.
On July 19th, Ernie & Bert will join the fun and host a "1,2 or 3" game show. The 2nd Bremen Mobility Day by Police Bremen will take place on August 23rd, featuring e-scooter courses, driving simulators, traffic safety tips, and action offers from cooperation partners.
Please note that offers on the Seabühne and the Summer Fair are chargeable. For ongoing or future non-concert activities like shopping promotions, family events, or festivals beyond these concerts, check the official Waterfront Bremen website or local event listings for more detailed schedules.
